The coaching process and contributions to personal knowledge management development: an integrative review

چکیده
The objective of this article is to verify how the coaching process can contribute development Personal Knowledge Management (PKM). Despite being extensively discussed in business environment, especially executives and leadership, sports field, debate about other areas personal still its early stages, as knowledge management. Although many works, PKM treated a subarea management, paper, we consider it specific area study. method used was integrative review, which allows for synthesis previous studies, thus generating new on studied topic. search focused works published CAPES journals portal, period between 2009 2019. results demonstrated that individuals participating identify, categorize, store, organize, share knowledge, consequently, self-development greater perception self-awareness individuals.
